Billy D.
Beer Vendor at Cincinnati's
Riverfront Stadium

Interview August 17, 1994

Remember the baseball strike of 1994? (The one that cancelled the World Series?) While the other talk shows and networks were interviewing players and owners and spokespeople, Chris & Rob talked to a stadium beer vendor who was put out-of-work due to the unfortunate strike. The beer vendors and other working people in the sports industry never had anyone to speak on their behalf until Chris & Rob put Billy D. on the air. This broadcast covers some of the local color surrounding The Cincinnati Reds ballpark experience as well as a discussion of how the baseball strike affected those whose livelihood depends on the games.

This is an old interview and the tape sounds funny
